2 bone-in center cut pork chops 1 large egg 1/3 cup Panko 1/3 cup seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs
Fourth and Heart Ghee Spray or other high heat cooking spray Salt and pepper to taste Butter lettuce, for serving (optional)
Remove the pork chops from the refrigerator and let them to remain at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.
In a large shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs.
In a second shallow bowl, combine the panko and bread crumbs. Stir to mix.
Dip each pork chop in egg, then coat both sides with the bread crumb mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 400° Fahrenheit. Spray each pork chop with oil and arrange in an air fryer in a single layer.
Fry for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pork chops are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
