These Banana Chia Seeds Sushis are the ideal way to start the day with some creative and healthy fun!

With only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of preparation, you may enjoy nutritious banana sushi rolls for breakfast, snack, dessert, or lunch.

– 1 banana – 1 tablespoon honey – 1 tablespoon chia seeds – 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

To prepare the Banana Chia Seeds Sushi: Mix the chia and poppy seeds together and place one layer on a parchment-lined surface.

Peel the banana, leaving a 1-inch-wide strip of skin lengthwise. Then, put honey on top, coating both the top and the edges. Then, add the poppy and chia seeds.

Gently peel off the remaining strip of banana skin, then cut into 1/2-inch slices, much like sushi! Serve the Banana Chia Seeds Sushis right away for a tasty and nutritious treat.
