– 2 flatbread crusts (use my easy homemade flatbread recipe or store-bought works too) – 1 cup BBQ sauce – 2 cups diced grilled chicken (or shredded rotisserie chicken)

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Place the flatbread crusts on two baking sheets coated with cornmeal.
Divide the barbecue sauce evenly between the two flatbreads.
Divide the cheese evenly between the two crusts, ensuring a uniform layer.
Add the diced chicken on each flatbreads, along with the chopped peppers.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the crust's edges are dark golden brown.
Slice, add green onion, and enjoy!
