Former Miss Switzerland finalist Kristina Joksimovic's body was allegedly dissected by her husband after she was murdered.
Thomas, the victim's spouse, admitted to the murder while arguing that he acted in self-defense.

Her body was dissected in their laundry area with a jigsaw, knife, and garden shears, according to the autopsy.
