Notice how pricey eating out is lately? Thus, I am pleased to present this carne asada dish. The other day, my spouse and kids cheered when I made it. This was as good as our favorite Mexican restaurant and easy to make!

This Mexican dish contains delicate, juicy, and tasty beef marinated in lime juice and seasonings.

We love filling it into soft tortillas and topping it with our favorite toppings, but you can also serve it on rice for a bowl, in lettuce wraps, or without a carb for a fiesta-inspired meal.

INGREDIENTS

You need 2lbs of flank steak. Get the greatest cut from the butcher. Well worth it. The carne asada marinade recipe calls for extra virgin olive oil, fresh chopped cilantro, sugar, lime juice,

minced garlic cloves, soy sauce, chili flakes, diced jalapenos, onion powder, cumin, apple cider vinegar, and ground black pepper. Carne asada spice is unnecessary with this marinade. Corn tortillas—to eat all this delight!

Toppings — Get creative with fresh chopped cilantro, diced avocado (or guac!), thinly sliced radishes, shredded lettuce, and lime wedges.

Easy Carne Asada Recipe This simple carne asada recipe can be made on a weeknight if you marinate ahead. That takes approximately 15 minutes to make, so start it and ready your toppings to finish quickly!
