– 1/2 cup rolled oats – 1 tablespoon honey (or agave nectar for a vegan option) – 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk – 1/2 cup diced apple
The night before, combine all the ingredients (except the apples) in a glass or mason jar.
Combine all the ingredients using a spoon. Then, cover and chill for at least one night.
Chop some apples and throw them in the mason jar with the oats first thing in the morning. Before you savor, drizzle with honey.
