Prepare the syrup for Irish cream. Heat the water and sugar in a small pot over medium heat. After the sugar has completely dissolved, stir in the salt, vanilla, almond, and cocoa powder.
When smooth, pour the Irish cream syrup into an airtight jar and chill it thoroughly in the refrigerator.
Make the cold brew with Irish cream. Mix the Irish cream syrup and cold brew coffee in a large glass until thoroughly mixed. Pour ice into the glass.
Pour vanilla froth over the chilled brew.
Before pouring, sprinkle some cocoa powder over the cold brew using a fine-mesh strainer. Have fun!
