Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom made a rare united appearance on the red carpet, dressed elegantly in matched black ensembles.
In order to support Bloom at the Toronto Film Festival premiere of his next film, The Cut, Perry took a break from promoting her upcoming 143 album.
She donned a silky co-ord outfit that included a high-waisted, slinky maxi skirt and a bandeau that exposed her stomach.
Over her right shoulder, a sparkly ribbon trailed in front of her hips. Her hair was styled in a high bun that flaunted an audaciously short microfringe.
She wore silver earrings with dangling loops as an accessory.
She used a gray smokey cat eye to give the look a bit more intensity.
Meanwhile, Bloom looked distinctly actorly in a thick white turtleneck, which he wore with a black blazer jacket and black trousers.

They wore matching all-black ensembles for the first time on the red carpet since they attended the Breakthrough Prize Ceremony in April.
