Pink Velvet Macchiato Recipe

This iced pink velvet macchiato has a powerful espresso on top and a remarkably vibrant pink velvet milk.

 It's a dreamy mixture with a hint of red velvet cake.

2 tsp cacao powder 1 tbsp powdered sugar 1/2 tsp beet powder 2 tbsp cream cheese, room temperature 1 cup(s) hot milk ice

Prepare and measure each component.

Prepare the milk with pink velvet. Blend the cacao powder, sugar, and beet powder until thoroughly blended.

After adding, thoroughly mix in the cream cheese.

Add the boiling milk slowly, whisking until a smooth, lump-free pink velvet milk develops. Allow to cool fully.

Put the pink velvet milk into a cup and fill it with ice.

Place the espresso shots on top.
